Evi Fleischmann
Evi Fleischmann was born in Germany but has lived in Australia for the last 10 years. Most of her time in Australia has been spent rurally, with Kununurra being her latest home base. She has been creating art for 40 years, undertaking several TAFE courses and specialised art classes.
She finds inspiration for her art by walking in the bush and finding natural materials that she then incorporates into her work, blending the rawness of the Kimberley landscape with her clean and minimalist art style
